Cant re-size ZFS/zpool file system in OEM Ops Center 12c

I am trying to increase the lun size of a zpool/zfs file system created with OEM Ops Center 12c, I am getting an error "permission not granted".

This lun is part of an OC library used for an Oracle Solaris 11 zone, the lun is 100Gb, the zone was set to 8Gb, and I am now trying to increase the size to 100Gb (full lun size), you need to shutdown the zone to be able to edit the lun which I have done, when shut down is complete I tried  changing the lun size and I get an error on the screen permission not granted.
