Hardware configuration - assistance needed.

Hi All,
I've been asked about the hardware requirements for the JDE templates implementation and as I am not hardware specialist I'd like to ask more experienced administrators for your opinion. The thing is we would like to setup whole new configuration based on TR 9.1.3 VM templates + webcenters. I have very limited budget for the servers and the servers presented to me were:

1. CPU: i3-2100 (2 cores), RAM: 8GB, HDD: 1x120 GB SSD
2. CPU: i3-2100 (2 cores), RAM: 8GB, HDD: 2x500 GB
3. CPU: Xeon E3-1220 (4 cores), RAM: 16GB, HDD: 2x1000 GB
4. CPU: Xeon E3-1270 (4 cores), RAM: 32GB, HDD: 2x2000 GB
