Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to see the Charge type when tried to add charges for Sales order line

I am seeing issue when I tried to add charges to a sales order line.

I see that the Charge type is not automatically picked up and when I tried for look up the system says there are no values.

Please provide detailed steps on how to do the set up if I need to add or map the charge types.
