IMPDP performance

It took 18 hours, 58 minutes, 17 seconds to import a dump file of size 178,830,946,304 bytes. The source data warehouse file system database is of version 11.2.0.1. I am currently testing and trying to prepare the migration plan to move to 11.2.0.3 with ASM single instance environment. We have decided to use expdp/impdp utilties for this migration effort. Is there a way i can improve the performance of this import process. Any tips, resources are greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need any more information from me.Thanks in advance!
