Unable to change primary location

System is not allowing me to change the primary location.  As per my understanding incase there are any commits JDE application wont allow to do the same.  I came to know that work around is first we have remove comits and change the location.

Below are my questions

1. What is the batch name which will remove all the commits?

2. Is there any precautions to take before running this batch?.

3. Is there any other work around without customization?
