Cancelling iSupplier ASN in IRISO

Hi Experts

Hope you all are doing well...

We are facing one issue of Cancelling ASN which is created by iSupplier application.

This ASN is against Internal Requisition in IR ISO.

User wants to cancel this ASN but he is not able to cancel it as few of the lines are fully received.

As per below metalink note, as few lines are fulled received in ASN, we are not able to cancel the some of Expected Line.

What Is The Functionality Of Cancel/Change Quantity Of An Advanced Shipment Notice (ASN) That Has B(465686.1)

Can you someone please advise me...how to cancel these ASN's.
