Where do we setup new Requisition for Quotation (RFQ) setup?

Hi,
I got a task to setup RFQ (no other information) and I see there is already Bid, Catalogue, Standard RFQ existing when I look through RFQ form.

I am not having any idea of what should I ask and where do we setup?  I hope, we can't create another Document type of Standard RFQ anyway.

Not getting any kind of setup related document from Metalink or Google.  Please provide your input.
