Connected Mobile Contact Sort?

How should the Connected Mobile Sales Contact list supposed to be sorted?  Ours starts with "Michelle Wilson". The next records are in the following order:
Amy Anderson
John Wilson
Franz Oz
Deb Pal

Is this supposed to be in alphabetic order? Thought maybe it was sorted by the Account the contact was associated to, but doesn't seem to be the case either.
