Payment Manager errors after March RPC patches

Has anyone had any Payment manager issues after applying the March 2013 RPC patches?  I have one PPR in Need Action status, but when I select the PPR, I receive the following: "Error Page. You have encountered an unexpected error.  Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."
