virtual memory recommendation on windows for large servers

Hi team,
I am looking for recommendation (or MOS note) on virtual memory (swap space) configuration for large servers especially having RAM in access of 100G etc. Oracle guide simply says virtual memory should be equal to RAM size but I think this might be quite high for large servers.

I am looking for the guidance on windows and Linux. We have Oracle RAC installed on this server
