Question on Siebel CRM Oracle Database optimization
We've been using Siebel CRM application in our production environment from quite some time now. We are using Note ID 781927.1 for collecting database statstics on it.
However, from past few days our application performance is poor & users are complaining about it. Upon checking we've found fragmentation on few large tables & we wanted to perform de-fragmentation on those tables to optimize SELECT query performance.
I wanted to understand, is there any specific way of doing it from Siebel perspective? Any other suggestion on tuning?
