Upgrade 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3 primary and standby DB

Hi,
I need to upgrade 11.2.0.2 enterprise edition to 11.2.0.3.  The db also has a standby database.  The standby software also manages 2 other standby databases.

1. Can I upgrade the primaries 1 at a time and then upgrade the standby?

2. Can I do this over the course of a few days?

3. Should I upgrade 1 primary and the standby software, then the other 2 primaries?

What's the impact of the various alternatives?
