This communication is intended for users of Oracles Auto Service Request, Secure File Transport, CAM 6.9, Solaris 11, and VOP Software that have communication to Oracle enabled to the following end point: transport.oracle.com: 141.146.156.46

Notice

Action May Be Required for Continued Connectivity to Oracle Support

On May 3rd at 9 pm PT, the IP address associated with transport.oracle.com will change...
from: 141.146.156.46
to: 141.146.1.169

Change Needed

Customers using the host name AND explicitly limiting outbound traffic at their firewall to the current IP address will no longer be able to send events to Oracle on May 3rd. These customers will need to enable the new IP address (141.146.1.169) for outbound traffic.
