Existing MFS user account gets deleted on the creation of MFS user.

Hi,

We are facing issues on creation of MFS user an exisitng user gets deleted.

Has anyone faced similar issue? Please could you throw some light on what could cause this.

A  SR 3-7056764231 :is in place as well
