Need latest patches for Cash Management and Treasury to be applied on upgrade instance

 Hi,
We are implementing the Financials Modules like Cash Management and Treasury on Upgrade instance. We need oracle support or assistance to get the all required and latest patches list to apply in upgrade instance to implement Cash Management and Treasury  modules.
