Synchrnosing Outlook with Tasks and Appointments created in Oracle.

Hi,

we are currently using WIndow 7 OS and Microsoft Outlook 2000 , .Is it possible to synchronize tasks and appointments created in Oracle Sales(11i) with Microsoft Outlook . Kindly Suggest.
