Unable to Ship Order

I am splitting the sales order quantity into multiple lines during 'Launch Pick Release' but at the time of 'Ship Confirm', 'Interface Trip Stop-SRS' completes with warning. But when I process the complete quantity mentioned on Sales Order, everything works fine.
