who can help me to implement row level Security (RLS) in EPM(11.1.1.4 and 11.1.2.2) SQR and BQY

Hello,
I need to implement Row Level Security (RLS) on EPM 11.1.1.4 and EPM 11.1.2.2.
But I don't know how to do and research documents and explanations about creating tables, the configuration of the portal workspace, creating OCE and use in BQY and SQR.
