Error on journal posting window

 Hello,
The journal status is IN PROCESS.The batch error is "JOURNAL BATCH IS UNAPPROVED"

When i check the workflow the following error appear 
"Cannot find an approver for this employee"


Actually the person who approve the JV ,himself create a JV and approve but it is went to in process and error.Otherwise user create a JV and forward to him thats going ok.
