Using advanced preference Profiles to determine the Adjustment Schedule

We are using advanced preferences to determine what adjustment schedule must be used based category codes attached to the ship to address.  My problem is that an order will be entered with a ship to address,it  will default in the correct schedule.  The order will then changed to a different ship to address.  The schedule linked to the new ship to address does not then update to the order, hence the pricing is linked to the original ship to and not the correct ship to address.  Please can you let me know if there is any way I can get the
