How to restrict items when punching out products from Supplier Catalouge in Oracle exchange.

When punching out the products( suppose computer products)  from Staples catalogue in Oracle exchange, If I want to restrict some items not to be come to Oracle, how can I do that ??

Is it something, should be restricted from Staples site or should we restrict them in Oracle.

Please help.
