Collector Assignment using Territory manager CMA attributes

We have created one CMA and used it in the creation of a territory.We assigned collector X to this territory and then ran STAR followed by IEX:Territory Assignment. Collector X got assigned to the qualifying account as expected. Now we have created a second CMA and the collector assignment does not work. The scripts used have been provided by Oracle. Can any one in this community help me on this?
