Need to Confirm Web/App Server to Install with EPM

Hello,

We are going to be installing Hyperion EPM/Interactive Reporting on a 64-bit Windows box and I wanted to confirm the following before starting the implementation:

1)  Do I need to install either or both a Web server and an application server prior to the implementation or are either included in the EPM software?
2)  If I do need to install them manually, which Web server and application server should I use?  (The available options are shown in the attached EPM certification matrix.)
