Does anyone else have the issue where Oracle Real-Time Collaboration "stconference" is extremely delayed? ... at least 15 seconds sometimes up to 30 seconds. I have only ever been on about 5 conferences before, but each time the delay is so bad that it is hard to work with. Call go on way longer than needed and it also ties up the Oracle employee.

On a seperate note, has anyone ever had issues adding attachments to SRs?

Maybe there is something on my end I can change to resolve these problems...
