Why Print Now is not Available at Payment Workbench form

IBY team requested to open this forum in AP.
"I have a Customer that is asking for the same functionality in rel 11i which is:

In release 11i when a Quick Payment is created it can be printed later in the Action Form, this functionality is not longer exist in release 12.
Could you please give us the justification why this functionality is no longer available?"
