PO_REQRCON abends at RX4200.AWESTEP

Hi PS Gurus-

  We are on PS Fin 9.1/Ptools 8.51.  We are trying to run delivered Receipt Close/PO Close/Req Close processes.  I have no issues with Receipt or PO Close.  When I run Req Close for 1 BU it abends at the step referenced in subject.  We applied the memory allocation fix referenced on MOS, but the process has been running at this step for over 24 hours in our Dev environment.  Prior to running we SQL closed older reqs in the relevant tables to hopefully speed up the process.  Has anyone else experience performance issues with PO_REQRCON?  If so can you
