Accrual Code Based off of Hours Worked in a Particular Pay Code

I would like to set up an accrual code that is based off of a particular pay code.  So if an employee works overtime, and would like to accrue compensatory time at 1.5 times, these hours would go into an accrual account that they could later use.  Any suggestions on how to set this up (if it is possible).  What table method would I use?
