Listener Configuration

It is a single instance ASM environment shared by couple of databases. Both Grid Infra and Databases are using 11.2.0.3 binaries. Do I need to configure two separate listeners or just one? Please point me to documentation or any other oracle recommendations for this kind of setup.Thanks in advance!
