R07500 - How Often to Run?

    Hi Shelly,

    How often should I run the R07500?  In the past, I have only run this UBE when special instructions on an ESU has ask me to most likely from a Vertex upgrade i.e 2.9.9 to 3.1.0 or PA Local Act 32 but I have a consultant that is suggesting that we run this every month when our Vertex monthly updates are received.  I am not sure I would want to do this.

    What does Oracle suggest?  Vertex doesnt always upgrade or update every month. 

    The documentation for R07500 also says it creates a tax area and tax type, what if we don't deduct for certain taxes in that state?  The R07500 will create these and we will have to manually correct this?
