Is there a way to update the duns number only via the bulk load for a specific org?

Is there a way to update the duns number via the bulk load for a specific org?  The client uses duns number for something other than what it is supposed to be used for and they have a requirement to load 30000 of them.  They would prefer not to use a data loader. 

I noticed in the D&B file sample org_id is not there and they won't have the oracle customer number.
