PO Approval error out with "No Approver Found" message

Hi,

We are regularly getting the error with "No Approver Found" message when an approver is approving a PO. When this occurs, the PO status changes to "Incomplete" from "In process" but it's details in "View Action History" and the document is with approver awaiting approval.

1. Hierarchy/Approval Assignments/Approval Groups are correctly defined

2. Face the issue only in PROD (Tried to simulate the issue in TEST but could not)

 

Need a find a solution for the above.
