DFF not visible to one user some times.

Hi Guys,
we have a strange issue. There is a DFF defined at the Customer Contact Level and if user updates the value and navigates to different customer form, Addresses, Site and if user comeback to the same contact and tries to verify if the record, the DFF is not visible to him.

Is it because the DGM is running and that fields becomes un available or is there any bug or some thing?

Has any body encountered the same issue?
