R12.1.3 : Security patches after upgrading to 12.1.3

Hi,

We are upgrading form 12.0.4 to 12.1.3 and db from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3. We want to know ,
do we need to apply any more security patches after this upgrade in  application 12.1.3?
