Need help - configuring db10g with grid infrastructure 11g

Hi there,
Here is what has happened:
I had an RAC primary database with 2 nodes i.e. PROD5 and PROD6
Both with spec as below:
- Clusterware 10g
- Oracle 10.2.0.3 db
- RHEL4 up 8 - 64 bit
- DB name: PROD (instance: PROD5 and PROD6)

I created an RMAN backup on that database to be restored to a new RAC with 2 nodes (rac01 and rac02)
Both with spec as below:
- Grid Infrastructure 11g
- Oracle DB 10.2.0.4
- OL 5 up 7 - 64 bit
- I set the DB name to PROD (instance: PROD5 and PROD6)

The rman steps are as below:
- restore spfile from rman
- create pfile frm restored spfile and edit it
