LOV performance - FS_ORDER_TYPE

 Hello,
I some performance issue Accesing LOV = FS_ORDER_TYPE that is about 5 minutes.
Any ideas of what can cause this type of issue as we dont have multi-org enabled for this LOV and also don't have multi-lang on this LOV?
