Announce! All products are now supported on newer operating systems, so can be used for upgrade!

In older versions of EBS Installation notes it was noted that the following E-Business Suite R12 products were unsupported due to the lack of 3rd party product support:
    * Advanced Supply Chain Planning
    * Inventory Optimization
    * Constraint Based Optimization
    * Sourcing
    * Engineering
    * Work In Process
    * Manufacturing Scheduling

Due to this issue, customer could not use newer operating systems at upgrade.
