In correct Query Results from Transaction and Transaction Summary form

HI,
We are facing a issue where trying to query a transactions from one numbe rto other, Oracle is pulling out in correct data.
Say for example if give a search criteria on transaction number from 2600 to 2700, it brings up the numbers with 26135, 26134..

Attached is the screen shot.

Has any body encountered the same issue?

Any hints would be appreciated.
