R12.1.3 : While applying patch workers fails on XLIFFLoader because of missing XDO templates : No te

Hi,

i'm applying a merge which contains patches:
13845829
8706842
9413081
9553921
9275322
8797810
13913043

I get failed workers with the following errors:
No template found with application short name SQLAPand template code APTRXFEE_XML-LANGUAGE
and
No template found with application short name OFAand template code FAXRASUN_en_USi attacha azip with the worker logs.

the log files are showing :
