Is there an EBS 12.2 upgrade patch available so we can start testing the new functionality?

Hi there

We would like to test the functionality of R12.2 version and trying to download the patch for our local vision instance
and while we are checking through Oracle downloads, in Media Pack Search, the Part Number B70436-01
(Oracle Demand Signal Repository 12.2 Standalone Release Media Pack) is given.

Please confirm if this is the correct Part Number to be downloaded for upgrading the version from 12.1.3 to 12.2.
Else, please provide the correct patch number.
