Asset BOM shows an Asset Serial Number = 0

Hi,

 

Is there an specific reason for having a Serial Number equals to 0 when you define a new Asset BOM under the Serial Effectivity tab.

That ‘0’ serial number is not even an eAM Asset, I just want to know if there is a reason for having that first line or if there is a way to not having that first Serial Number appearing on it because is not an eAM Asset.
