Lifecycle Phase in APC

Hi,

When I tried to found some Lifecycle Phase in APC no Lifecycle is found.

Following steps to reproduce the problem:

  --> Log in APC responsibility

 --> Setup --> Setup Workbench

 --> Lifecycle Phase

 --> Search:  Lifecycle Phases (clear the search box) --> Go

 --> Result "No results found"

This is normal ??? Is necessary setup some profile to works ???

And what the steps to create a New Lifecycle Phase ??

My version is 11.5.10
