What is the upgrade path/procedure for SQR Server 8.3?

I am currently running "Hyperion SQR Server 8.3" on Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 5.7.

Assuming this is now called "Hyperian SQR Production Reporting", do I need to upgrade to 9 before I upgrade to 11?

If so, where to I find the information and downloads for 9?
