How to Reset Agile EC's forward to a higher number in Test to not Conflict with newer test EBS EC's

Because we cannot sync our EBS and Agile right away and need to do some testing of EC's for other instances, how can we roll the Agile numbering forward so as not to overlap EC's already in EBS test instance since it is newer than Agile?
