New environment creation - assistance needed

Hi All,
I was asked to create new environment based on the existing one. The trick is I never did it on my own and I am not too good with DB operations yet.

Anyway I have an existing PY910 and based on it I need to create a new one. But the specs are that the new one (say NPY) has to share the objects with PY910 but should have it's own data and Control Tables. I requested DBA to create the schemas NPYDTA and NPYCTL and to be honest I do not know what to do next. Do I need to do anything else in DB?
