global enqueue services deadlock detected

Can someone point to any documentation covering information on reading tracefile created for "global enqueue services deadlock detected". I could not find any so far.
I am seeing a self deadlock situation for compiling a pl sql object. Any relevant document will help me do a a deep dive into the tracefile.
