Automatic Replenishments

I created a test where I placed a sales order that should have generated an automatic replenishment, and I did not get any replenishment.  I have setup the fixed location for the particular SKU I am using in the P46012 with a max replenishment point of 24, a normal replenishment point of 4 and a min replenishment point of 0.  The sales order I created brought the availability for the SKU in the fixed location below 0.  The pick is picking from the fixed location and grabbing the rest from other random locations.  I have also setup movement instructions and
