Anything know how work the concurrent of Import Cost From Price List?

I work in the implementation of inventory and need assign the unit cost for all ítems and i not want entry manually each cost

I view this option but not have documentation about work

Other option of I thinking is if is possible take the last purchasing Price for assign by unit cost?
