OTL: How to round time entry to ½ hours or 15 minutes when using OTL with Projects

 Hi all,
we are looking into how we can limit the users time entry to hour fractions of 15 mintes or ½ hours.

We are using OTL with Projects only (not Payroll). R12.1.3.

I have found an entry in the setup manual that refers to Earnings policy - but does is this only valid for payroll processing?

Any pointers are most welcome!
