change the default currency code on F1501B after the lease created, any affection to history data ?

Dear All,
we have a Lease default currency code is set as "USD" in Lease Header (F1501B) under the Lease Master Revisions (Currency tab). Currently this particular lease has been issued certain Manual billing invoices (all of them are in HKD). We would like to change the default currency code from USD to HKD . Whether this can be done via application interface or SQL? If updated via SQL, will this cause any integrity issue?
