IRC Search Flexfield, can we search within the table?

Hi,

we defined Additional Search Flexfield. Within Recruiter Dashboard and Vacancies Tab, parts of this flexfield are visible within the result table. However we want to search within the table as well. By clicking and ordering it. For other columns this is possible using personalisation, for flexfield related columns, it is not.

Is it intended, is there a workaround or a minor customization within the page needed?
